Agenda Topic: The County's newest proposal for an assessment district, Board's opinion and any official Guild presentation to Board of Supervisors on Tuesday morning.

Schedule:

* 6:30-- executive session discussion of county proposal and attorney's advice.
* 7:00-- open session to make policy decision-- also allow any members to speak who want to come and give opinions or requests to the Board.
* 7:30-- (if needed): return to executive session for further discussion or decision.
