The Public Works Department is seeking someone with basic maintenance experience in:
Landscaping, e.g., brush cutting, lawn mowing
Swimming Pool operation, chemical handling, etc.
Operating chain saws and some heavy equipment
Underground piping, and paving – work under wet and dirty conditions
Experience or interest in water distribution and treatment systems
Experience with plumbing, electrical, and automotive mechanics helpful
Ability to do basic record-keeping
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Pay in the $16 - $20/hour range, plus benefits, depending on experience.
Actual job duties will be established depending on experience.
The successful applicant will be capable of working in a “team” setting, and must have a “Customer Service” attitude.
Driver’s license required.
