he County has provided a proposal for mitigating the La Honda landslide to be presented to the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors on October 30.

The resolution proposes:

1) Authorizing a County contribution equivalent to funds that are made available from non-County sources, up to a maximum of $3,000,000 for the implementation of slope stabilization activities in the La Honda area and directing the Department of Public Works to facilitate slope stabilization projects utilizing these funds, if equivalent funds are received;

San Mateo County Supervisor Gordon and other representatives from the County will be at the Guild Board Meeting at 7PM in the Clubhouse to discuss the landslide issue.
